The refund amount will not include any shipping expense incurred by the purchaser. The merchandise must be in new condition and within the warranty period or it will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

SHIPPING

At this time, In Ground Blinds, LLC ships merchandise at no additional cost to the contiguous United States. Other states including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will require additional shipping charges. In Ground Blinds, LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico with additional shipping charges, but not to other international locations. If you are ordering from one of these above locations, please contact us at info@ingroundblinds.com for a shipping cost quote.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

WARRANTY

Each product carries a one year limited liability warranty effective from the date of purchase. In Ground Blinds, LLC will replace or repair, at its discretion, any product deemed defective by In Ground Blinds, LLC. Any modification to the products, not authorized in writing by In Ground Blinds, LLC voids the warranty and any liability will fall to the purchaser of those products even if these modifications are within one year of purchase.

In Ground Blinds, LLC does not endorse digging without landowner permission and the purchaser assumes all liability arising from the placement and use of our products.
